Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter, Was the second runner-up for Miss World 2013, crowning the Miss World Africa title. Miss Ghana 2012 worked as the first ambassador of the Miss Ghana Foundation. Projects she embarked upon with assistance from her runner up, Nadia Ntanu was on helping reduce infant maternal mortality in northern region, provision of food, clothing and medication for alleged witches in the Leili and Nabule Witch camps. The Miss Ghana Foundation also made several donations to orphanages in Kumasi, Accra, Tamale, Koforidua, Bawjuase and in Accra. Miss Shooter presented the project on buruli ulcer, which emerged top 10 at the Miss World 2013 event in Bali. They also worked on the mentorship programme for senior high schools.

Stephanie Karikari, Ambassador for Goldfields Ghana Limited in support of projects on maternal health and sanitation. She also helped refurbish a nursery at Sodom and Gomorrah, which clinched the Beauty with the Purpose award at the Miss World 2011 event in London.

Mimi Areme. Africa’s favourite contestant at the Miss World 2010 Pageant held in Sanya China. She scored high points in 3 out of the 5 fast track events. Mimi Areme worked CSR project on Child Trafficking: Freeing Child Slaves in Ghana.

Lamisi Mbilla. Represented Ghana at Miss World 2006 pageant where she won Miss World Beauty with a Purpose. Lamisi Mbillah, CSR project on Guinea worm and reducing goiter through consumption of iodized salt. Her project won beauty with a purpose award at the Miss World 2006 event.
INNA MARIAM PATTY

Inna Mariam Patty, was very passionate about “Beauty with a Purpose” and she worked diligently with the Don Bosco Vocational Training Institute in educating and rehabilitating underprivileged children. Miss Patty helped acquire a ten (10) acre land as well as raised funds for the construction of a female hostel. Inna Mariam Patty also worked with the Ministry of Tourism to promote both Local and International Tourism as the first Tourism Ambassador. She also held a keen interest in environmental issues and therefore worked with the Forestry Commission on reforestation projects.
